Strange things are happening in Little Five Points. At the corner of 14th and Ponce, people feel occasional cold chills, hear “voices”, and more than one scuffle has broken out after people just plain got angry. Local tattoo artist Johnny “Flame” Resnick says he’s also noted a marked rise in new tattoos. “Hell, I had to hire two new artists just to keep up with the demand!” he quipped.
