There appear to be a serial killer operating in the Clarkston area. Several area public parks remain closed to the public, and police patrols all over the city have been increased. Additionally, more neighborhoods all over the Atlanta Metro appear to be engaged in setting up neighborhood watch programs, or stepping up the currently existing ones
